Material Handler

With unique access to research and development and a leading hard tech corporate venture capital portfolio, Envita Solutions is at the forefront of waste and climate challenge innovation.This position will perform collection, movement, sorting, and processing of all wastes and by products in a fast paced manufacturing facility environment safely and in accordance with Company, Federal, State, and local regulations/rules.Essential FunctionsEnsures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.Load and unload solid and liquid waste & recyclables safely in accordance with Company, Federal, State and local regulations/rules.Utilize hand trucks, pallet jacks, fork trucks with attachments and other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks and within the facility.Safety operate equipment to process materials including balers, shredders, grinders, extractors, pumps, tanks and pressure washersProperly sort materials based on pre-established guidelines for additional processing.Perform cleanup and housekeeping duties as directed.Utilize knowledge of applicable EPA, DOT and OSHA regulations.Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company's core values, competencies, and skills.Education QualificationsPreferred High School or EquivalentExperience QualificationsPreferred Prior forklift experienceSkills and AbilitiesThis is a safety sensitive position.
