Senior Manager, Financial Reporting or Assistant Controller

A digital pathology and AI company is seeking a Senior Manager/Assistant Controller to join their team in Boston, MA. This position will oversee corporate accounting, general ledger, month-end close, technical accounting, revenue, and financial reporting. $150K–$170K base + bonus This is a full-time, hybrid position with 3 days onsite per week in the Seaport. Job Description Supervise the general ledger process, monthly close, and revenue recognition activities Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable, and employee expenses Manage two direct reports within the accounting function Oversee financial reporting, consolidations, and international reporting Lead technical accounting analysis and support financial reporting integration workstreams Support FP&A, budgeting, internal controls, and process improvements Job Requirements Public accounting experience and/or CPA required Revenue recognition and ASC 606 experience required SaaS industry experience required Experience overseeing corporate accounting, GL, close, technical accounting, and reporting Management experience required Strong understanding of financial reporting and internal controls
