SSM Health Dean Medical Group , a physician-led organization with more than 500 providers, is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our thriving practice in Dodgeville, Wisconsin , located just 45 minutes west of Madison.

This is an outstanding opportunity to practice the full spectrum of outpatient Family Medicine while enjoying a flexible schedule, excellent specialty support, minimal call burden, and a compensation package designed around your personal and financial goals.

Call Designed for Quality of Life:

The call schedule is light and designed to support work-life balance:

• Approximately 6-10 weekday call nights annually and about 2 weekends per year
• Primarily phone-only calls, triaged first through a call center, with rare in-person response

On-site support includes:

• Specialty care including cardiology, dermatology, ENT, neurology, oncology, pulmonology, rheumatology, sleep medicine, urology, infusion services, and more

• Strong referral relationships and integrated care coordination
