Cardiovascular Technologist (Cath Lab Technologist) – Saint Helena, California. Travel assignment starting 10/12/2026 for 13 weeks in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $2,743–$2,838 per week with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift: 5x8 days. This role supports invasive and non-invasive cardiovascular procedures, operating advanced imaging and physiological equipment, and assisting during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities
- Assist physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular and pulmonary procedures, including invasive and non-invasive tests.
- Operate specialized imaging and physiological equipment (e.g., C-Arm, angiographic injectors) and monitor patient status throughout procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and apply strict infection control, radiation safety, and patient immobilization practices.
- Prepare and maintain cardiovascular equipment, report malfunctions, and perform routine preventive maintenance as appropriate.
- Scrub and assist during complex procedures, including structural heart, vascular, diagnostic cath, and emergent cath cases; support during use of opaque media via catheter or direct injection.
- Document test results and vital sign trends; support EPIC or equivalent electronic medical record systems for accurate patient data capture.

Requirements
- Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience (preferred)
- Licenses/Certifications: ARRT-R (Radiography) required; Radiologic Technologist license in CA and HI required; Current fluoroscopy license required in CA within 6 months of hire; BLS/CPR from an approved vendor required
- Experience: At least two years of recent experience in the cardiovascular/cath lab field; demonstrated ability to scrub and monitor for structural heart, vascular, diagnostic, Impella, ECMO, and emergent cath cases
- Additional: Ability to work 5x8 day shifts, with 36 hours guaranteed per week; EPIC experience preferred
