Marketing Director

Help Scale a $40M Business to $100M+ We\'re looking for a strategic, data-driven Marketing Director to lead marketing across three established brands serving both B2B wholesale and DTC eCommerce customers. This isn\'t a role where you\'ll be asked to rebuild a department. The strategy, team, systems, and agency partnerships are already in place. We\'re looking for a leader who can optimize, scale, and elevate what\'s already working while helping drive the company\'s next phase of growth. Reporting directly to the President, you\'ll have a seat at the leadership table and play a key role in shaping business strategy through marketing. What You\'ll Do Lead marketing strategy and execution across three brands Coach and develop a talented in-house marketing team Partner with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to drive revenue growth Own campaign planning, product launches, and go-to-market execution Analyze and communicate marketing performance using KPIs including ROAS, MER, CAC, Conversion Rate, and Revenue Oversee Shopify, HubSpot, GA4, marketing automation, and agency partnerships What We\'re Looking For 10+ years of marketing leadership experience Experience marketing to both DTC/eCommerce and Wholesale/B2B customers Strong business acumen with a proven ability to use analytics to drive growth Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams Hands-on experience with Shopify, HubSpot, and Google Analytics (GA4) Comfortable partnering directly with executive leadership and influencing business decisions Bonus Points Multi-brand marketing experience Manufacturing, distribution, or automotive aftermarket background Experience working with external marketing agencies and NetSuite ERP Why Join OE Wheel?
