Marketing Director

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts, elevate brand awareness, and drive customer acquisition. This role requires a visionary leader who can combine creativity with analytics to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth. Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team to ensure high performance and professional development. Oversee digital marketing, content strategy, social media, email campaigns, SEO, paid advertising, and other marketing initiatives. Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to optimize marketing ROI. Manage marketing budgets, vendor relationships, and external agencies. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Drive innovation in marketing approaches and stay ahead of industry trends. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of experience in marketing Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. Strong leadership and team management skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and analytical abilities.
