TECBOMO is seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for technical assistance across our corporate infrastructure and MSP client portfolios. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and security issues, delivering elite customer service while maintaining uptime and compliance.
