Role Description The Director of Operations is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL, responsible for overseeing daily operational activities and ensuring efficient, consistent execution across the firm’s service lines. This role leads and optimizes operational processes, monitors performance metrics, and implements improvements that support strategic goals and client delivery. The Director of Operations will manage cross-functional teams, coordinate resource allocation, and supervise budgeting and cost controls to maintain operational and financial discipline. Day-to-day responsibilities include refining workflows, collaborating with senior leadership on operational strategy, managing vendor and partner relationships, and ensuring high-quality service standards. The role also involves fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, while supporting change management initiatives across the organization. Qualifications Strong Operations Management experience, including process optimization and execution oversight. Advanced Analytical Skills for data-driven decision-making, performance tracking, and problem-solving. Proven Team Management capabilities, including coaching, delegation, and cross-functional collaboration. Demonstrated Budgeting experience with financial planning, cost control, and resource allocation. Customer Service orientation, with a focus on quality, responsiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset. Experience in consulting, professional services, or complex multi-stakeholder environments preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
