Sales Development Representative

Crestfield Talent is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to identify potential customers, generate new business opportunities, and support sales growth through effective communication and relationship building.
This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys connecting with people, developing professional relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals in a collaborative business environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through phone, email, and digital communication channels
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead qualification
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers
- Understand customer needs and introduce relevant products or services
- Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-up activities with account executives
- Maintain accurate prospect information and sales activities in CRM systems
- Monitor sales opportunities and track progress through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on lead generation initiatives
- Research potential customers, industries, and business opportunities
- Work toward individual and team sales development targets
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable communicating with prospective customers by phone and email
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or business development is preferred
