What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Sales Consultant, you'll help customers through every step of the vehicle-buying process while building long-term relationships and delivering a best-in-class experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers and assisting them in selecting the right vehicle
• Conducting test drives and explaining vehicle features
• Assisting with financing options and purchase paperwork
• Following up with customers to maintain strong relationships and satisfaction
• Learning product knowledge, dealership processes, and sales techniques through training
• Using CRM tools to track customer interactions and opportunities
• Supporting business development through phone, text, and email outreach
• Coordinating vehicle delivery and registration processes
