As a Caregiver with Modani Care, you will play a vital role in making a difference in the lives of our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences
Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care and services provided
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
