About the Role:

As an LPN at Westfield Quality Care of Aurora, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our residents, including:

• Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the nursing team
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care
