Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting, including routine assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration according to care plans and policy.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition; respond to issues and escalate to the supervising nurse as needed.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and promote safety, comfort, and dignity.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement and update care plans; ensure accurate charting.
- Maintain infection prevention, safety, and sanitation protocols; orientation is provided during the first couple hours of the first shift.

Requirements
- Active North Carolina LPN license
- Minimum 12 months of recent LPN experience (preferably in long-term care or a similar setting)
- Ability to work night shifts in a long-term care environment
- Eligible to work within the Washington, NC area in a licensed facility
