Administrative Clerk School Site - Sr - 8 hrs/day (MLK/PC#251565)

Position Summary:
Performs a variety of responsible office and administrative functions in support of operations and procedures at a secondary or alternative school site. Duties will vary depending on the assignment and will focus on providing clerical support to a moderate or high volume of various transactions and/or visitors.

Employee Type: Full-Time
Salary: $24.01 - $31.78 per hour in 9 annual steps. Salary placement is based on relevant experience.
Location: MLK
Hours: 8 hours/day; 5 days/week
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employee Life Insurance available for employees who work 4+ hours per day (Full district contribution for 6+ hours/day; 50% contribution for 4-5.99 hours/day).

Education and Experience:
The position requires a High School diploma supplemented by post-secondary course
work in general office practices and 3 years of general clerical experience in a customer service oriented environment. May require bilingual skills. Requires manual and finger dexterity to write, keyboard at 40 w.p.m.

Licenses and Certifications:
May require a valid driver’s license. Requires first aid/CPR certificate
