3rd Shift Sanitation Team Member Schedule: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, and a few positions starting between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM End times may vary based on production and sanitation needs, and team members may be required to work beyond the scheduled shift as necessary. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Every night, our sanitation team plays a vital role in protecting food quality, supporting production, and keeping our facility operating at its best. In this role, you will: • Thoroughly clean and sanitize food production equipment, machinery, and facility areas to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality. Removing food debris, rinsing equipment with water hose, applying sanitizer, etc. • It is a wet environment, and all PPE is provided • Use professional-grade cleaning tools and follow detailed sanitation procedures—hands-on work that keeps our food safe and our operation running smoothly • Follow structured cleaning schedules with accuracy and consistency, both independently and alongside your teammates • Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure everything is spotless, safe, and ready for the next production run • Complete daily logs, checklists, and documentation that support food safety and regulatory compliance • Communicate clearly with supervisors and the Quality team to report sanitation concerns or equipment issues. Taking pride in your work and making sure the food processing equipment is clean each night • Work in a cold, wet, fast-moving environment where teamwork matters and each night brings new challenges to solve together • Your attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right help ensure that every product leaving our facility meets the standards our customers trust. Qualifications: What We're Looking For • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to doing the job right the first time • Team member work in a wet environment....hosing down, removing food debris, applying foaming chemicals, and rinsing with sanitizer. • Willingness to get a little wet — and scrub some hard to remove food products while doing high-impact work that matters • Ability to work on your feet, lift up to 50 lbs., and navigate a fast-paced production environment • Ability to use measures and apply cleaning chemicals • Flexible schedule availability, especially for overnight or 3rd shift , when sanitation is in full swing • A team player who’s dependable, responsible, and focused on safety • Previous experience in sanitation or food manufacturing is great, but we’ll train the right person with the right attitude. No specific experience necessary • End times may vary based on production and sanitation needs, and employees may be required to work beyond the scheduled shift as necessary on occasion Compensation: $17.97 - $20.97 hourly plus $1/hr for 3rd shift premium
