Senior Accountant

Cherry Bekaert Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant . This position will play a key role in the monthly close process, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical accounting skills, hands-on experience with Sage Intacct , and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support and execute the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes. Prepare and analyze financial statements and management reports. Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of the general ledger. Manage and oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable activities. Maintain fixed asset records, depreciation schedules, and related accounting entries. Handle inventory accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation. Assist with audits and provide requested schedules and support. Identify process improvement opportunities and help strengthen internal controls. Partner with operations and finance leadership to support reporting and analysis needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong Sage Intacct experience is required. Experience supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and inventory accounting. Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
