Qualifications Education: Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from a university program satisfying the APTA academic and intern requirements for competence. Experience: Two or more years of progressively more responsible work in the field of Physical Therapy. License/Certification: Nevada State Licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist. Current BCLS certification.
