Overview Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Account Executive for a direct hire opportunity in Virginia Beach, VA. This onsite role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building long‑term client relationships, managing high‑value accounts, and creating growth opportunities with national retail and government customers. The Sales Account Executive will play a key role in expanding existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and serving as a trusted point of contact between buyers, internal teams, and field representatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow national retail and government accounts through consistent communication, relationship building, and strategic account planning. Identify new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and sales strategy development. Serve as the primary contact between buyers, internal teams, and field representatives to support account success. Negotiate contracts, present solutions, and close sales opportunities that support revenue goals. Prepare sales reports, account updates, presentations, and business communications using Microsoft Office. Represent the organization professionally in all client interactions, meetings, and business development activities. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity.
