Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring residents feel valued, heard, and proud to call your property home . Compileand present monthly performance KPI and financial reports, providing comprehensive analysis of historical data and outlining a strategic plan to enhance future outcomes. Skills for Success: Brings 3+ years of residential community management experience with a proventrack recordof leading and developing high-performing teams. The posted salary range represents our good faith estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
