Field Marketing Representative – Kansas City, KS Urgently Hiring | Full-Time & Part-Time Earn up to $60,000–$80,000 per year! W2 | Hourly Pay + Uncapped Bonuses & Commissions We’re hiring Field Marketing Representatives on behalf of our client, a leading national home improvement organization. This is an outside field marketing role where you’ll connect directly with homeowners in local neighborhoods, introduce them to home improvement solutions, and create interest in the products and services available. If you’re outgoing, confident speaking with people, motivated by results, and looking for an opportunity to grow your career in sales or marketing, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Engage with homeowners through door-to-door outreach in assigned local neighborhoods. Introduce and promote home improvement products and services. Deliver engaging face-to-face presentations and create awareness of available solutions. Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers. Generate qualified leads and opportunities for the sales team. Attend ongoing training to develop your communication, marketing, and sales skills. Work toward performance goals in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Build experience that can lead to future opportunities in outside sales or management .
