POSITION SUMMARY

This full-time position supports the production and installation of custom cabinetry and millwork. The right candidate will bring hands-on construction or cabinetry experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a shop environment. This role works directly alongside our lead craftsmen on a variety of residential and commercial projects.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Build and assemble custom cabinet boxes, face frames, doors, and drawer components to spec Read and interpret shop drawings, cut sheets, and job-specific layouts Operate standard shop equipment: table saw, miter saw, router, drill press, and hand tools Sand, prep, and finish cabinet components in coordination with shop workflow Assist with cabinet installation on job sites as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with shop lead and ownership on job status and material needs Participate in quality checks throughout the build process

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 1 years of experience in construction, carpentry, or custom cabinetry Ability to read tape measures, blueprints, and cut lists accurately Safe and competent operation of standard woodworking and power tools Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods in a shop environment
