Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Corporate Associate to join their Corporate Trusts team in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of transactional experience representing financial institutions and corporate trust clients in various transactions, including structured finance and municipal debt. Duties Represent financial institutions in corporate trust transactions. Review, negotiate, and draft transactional agreements. Manage multiple transactions and assignments. Collaborate effectively within a team. Requirements 3-5 years of transactional experience. Experience with structured finance and municipal debt. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Exceptional client focus and communication skills. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in California. Skills Proficiency in drafting and negotiating agreements. Ability to handle post-closing matters and default-related issues. Strong writing and negotiation skills.
