Electrical Engineer (Mandarin Chinese Required)

Work Schedule: Hybrid (2–3 days per week in the office)
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding technical requirements and providing engineering support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions for PV and ESS projects.
- Ensure products and technical solutions meet customer expectations and project specifications.
- Organize and lead technical meetings with key customers to present product capabilities, address technical questions, and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and technical requirements within the photovoltaic and energy storage industries.
- Conduct competitive market research and prepare technical analysis reports.
- Provide technical consultation throughout project development and implementation.
- Support customers by responding to technical inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Power Systems, Automation, or a related engineering field.
- Minimum of 8 years of technical experience in the photovoltaic (PV), solar, or energy storage industry.
- Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, power systems, and energy storage technologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and international teams.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on a regular basis.
