Ward Clerk Play a critical role in ensuring quality patient care, while enabling medical and nursing staff to do their work efficiently and in compliance with facility policies and procedures. Utilize your efficiency, organization, and excellent communication skills to maximize unit outcomes working in the role of the Ward Clerk. USD $18.00 - USD $20.00 /Hr. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Provides clerical and select administrative services that facilitate unit operations and support the delivery of care to patients/residents requiring care including: answering phone calls maintaining patient charts completing various reports other related duties.
