Line Cook

Experienced Line Cook responsible for executing high-quality food during busy service. Must have strong grill experience, be comfortable breaking down proteins, work quickly under pressure, and be flexible enough to move between stations as needed. PM availability and open availability are strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate has strong grill experience and is comfortable working a busy service while maintaining quality, consistency, and proper food safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Work the grill station during busy service and maintain consistent ticket times.
• Properly cook steaks, burgers, chicken, fish, and other proteins to specification.
• Break down and portion proteins as needed.
• Prep and stock stations before service.
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion controls.
• Work efficiently and communicate well with the kitchen team during service.
• Move between stations and assist wherever needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Help with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily kitchen duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous line-cook experience required.
• Strong grill experience preferred/required.
• Experience breaking down and portioning proteins.
• Ability to work quickly and stay organized during high-volume service.
• Must be flexible and willing to work different stations.
• Reliable attendance and strong teamwork.
• Open availability preferred, with a strong preference for PM/evening availability.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
