We take pride in maintaining a team of professionals dedicated to excellence, and we are currently seeking a meticulous and hardworking Experienced Detailer to join our Chevy/Cadillac dealership located in Belle Vernon, PA.

As an Experienced Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for display, delivery, and customer pickup. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for maintaining vehicles at the highest standard of presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing.
• Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet C. Harper Auto Group's quality standards before returning them to customers or the sales/service departments.
• Apply protective finishes to vehicles' exteriors and interiors to maintain showroom quality.
• Perform minor cosmetic repairs such as touch-up painting or buffing as needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• Assist with vehicle flow management to meet department deadlines for service and sales.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing is required.
• A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring vehicles are spotless and meet the dealership's high standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work on your feet for extended periods, and perform tasks requiring physical stamina.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
