What You’ll Be Doing Provide skilled speech therapy services in patients' homes. Complete speech‑language pathology evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans. Address dysphagia, cognitive‑communication deficits, speech impairments, language disorders, and voice disorders. Educate patients, caregivers, and family members. Collaborate with nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and case managers. Maintain timely and accurate Medicare‑compliant documentation. Qualifications Current Hawaii Speech‑Language Pathologist license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) preferred. Minimum one year of clinical experience. Home health experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
