Automotive Manufacturing
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, process optimization, and manufacturing efficiency within a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement initiatives
- Conduct time studies, labor studies & takt time analysis
- Identify cost savings & process improvement opportunities
- Develop facility layouts & manufacturing plans
- Optimize material flow, warehouse flow & logistics
- Develop and approve ergonomic packaging solutions
- Perform DFM/DFA & manufacturability studies
- Develop equipment plans, automation & line balancing
- Troubleshoot and resolve production/process issues
- Support new product launches & process changes
- Train production and quality teams on new processes
