Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the optical office, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional patient care
• Lead, motivate, and coach a diverse team, cultivating accountability and professional growth
• Hold staff to high standards while providing constructive feedback and engaging in difficult conversations as needed
• Continually create a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment
• Identify areas for improvement and implement effective processes for training, workflow, and team development
• Take ownership of team performance, consistency, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Actively participate in the patient experience, coaching staff on service excellence and recognizing opportunities to enhance practice performance
• Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve goals for patient-facing services, growth, and quality
