We're looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented person to help maintain our growing portfolio of rental properties and assist with day-to-day operations of our growing rental portfolio and flipping business.

You'll work directly with the owner of a growing real estate investment company, helping renovate homes, maintain rentals, coordinate projects, and improve our systems.

Maintenance

Minor plumbing repairs

Electrical troubleshooting

Light fixture replacement

Outlet and switch replacement

Drywall patching

Painting

Trim work

Door hardware

Lock changes

Caulking

Cabinet repairs

Basic carpentry

Appliance installation

Minor flooring repairs

General punch list work

Rental turnovers

Preventive maintenance

Seasonal work as needed

Operations

Pick up materials

Deliver supplies to job sites

Coordinate with contractors

Meet vendors

Document project progress with photos

Inspect completed work

Create punch lists

Help keep job sites organized

Inventory tools and materials

Run occasional business errands

Assist with property inspections

Help prepare rental units

Respond to maintenance requests
