Position Overview:

Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time (0.7FTE) Pediatrician to join our Riverfront Medical Center team in Spokane, Washington. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital healthor the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice.

• This position is 100% outpatient
• This position will serve as a clinical resource for shared call for Newborn Rounding (additional compensation paid for call responsibility)
• Average weekend call is 1:6; split Holiday coverage 1-2 Holidays per year (based on staffing)
• You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7.
• Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages.
• AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
• In our integrated health care model our clinicians have instant access to dozens of specialties, which allows for a level of collaboration and comprehensive treatment your patients deserve.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary Range: $260,772 to $306,791 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience.)
