Estamos en búsqueda de un/a Traffic Assistant para apoyar la gestión de reclamaciones logísticas, embarques domésticos e internacionales, asegurando el seguimiento adecuado de procesos, control de costos y comunicación efectiva con suplidores y equipos internos. Responsabilidades principales: Recibir, documentar, investigar y dar seguimiento a reclamaciones de embarques locales e internacionales. Manejar reclamaciones con suplidores y coordinar resoluciones oportunas. Preparar reportes de mercancía dañada damaged goods y reportes logísticos. Revisar facturas de transportistas para aprobación del área de Tráfico. Coordinar el envío y seguimiento de kegs vacíos. Preparar reportes de 3-Way Match mensual o cada 60 días. Coordinar fumigaciones requeridas según procesos logísticos y regulatorios. Gestionar entradas de aduana, ISF y procesos en sistemas como SURI, Steam Ship y ATR. Dar seguimiento a reportes de vagones registrados y comunicación con suplidores y carreros. Reportar mercancía en adeudo para procesar los levantes requeridos. Mantener comunicación constante con suplidores locales e internacionales. Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Logística o áreas relacionadas. Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en logística, manejo de reclamaciones o servicio al cliente. Dominio del idioma inglés y español. Conocimiento básico de procesos de importación doméstica e internacional (terrestre y marítima). Manejo intermedio de Microsoft Excel (tablas, filtros y fórmulas básicas). Excelentes destrezas de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad analítica, atención al detalle y solución de problemas. Habilidad para trabajar bajo presión, con mínima supervisión y alto sentido de organización. #J-18808-Ljbffr AppleOne Employment Services
