What You Will Do You’ll oversee the daily operations of Universal Health Institute, ensuring the team delivers exceptional care and achieves success. Your responsibilities will include: Patient Growth & Retention Develop strategies to attract and retain patients. Ensure an excellent experience for both staff and patients. Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and administration. Operations Oversee front desk operations and patient relations. Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting and financial management. Improve operational workflows (communications, scheduling, billing, record-keeping). Team Building Build an effective admin and clinical team. Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics and improvement strategies. Resolve patient challenges while maintaining a therapeutic environment. Your Qualifications Experience & Education Minimum 5 years in a leadership role. Minimum 3 years in practice management or a similar role (e.g., sales in healthcare, chiropractic, dental, spa, fitness). Healthcare experience/education is a plus, but transferable skills are welcome. Your Nature Curious: Stay informed about trends and patient outcomes. Social: Build strong connections with patients and staff. Energetic: Thrive in a busy, meaningful role, bringing high energy every day. Skills Communication: Ability to listen, teach, and make people feel welcome. Financial Acumen: Knowledge of budgeting, fiscal management, and insurance. Project Management: Ability to manage priorities, set goals, and maintain records. What Success Looks Like Leadership Impact: Shape the clinic’s culture, enhance patient outcomes, and expand services. Collaboration: Play a key role in strategic planning, staff scheduling, and service growth. Measurable Goals: Increase Patient Visit Average (PVA) by 10% in one year. Increase Services Per Visit (SPV) by 30% in one year. Career Path We aim to become an employee-owned company by 2029. You’ll play an instrumental role in this growth. Work-Life Balance This role requires on‑call availability, with the busiest days being Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You’ll spend more time on‑site initially until operations are streamlined.
