What You Will Do You’ll oversee the daily operations of Universal Health Institute, ensuring the team delivers exceptional care and achieves success. Your responsibilities will include: Patient Growth & Retention Develop strategies to attract and retain patients. Ensure an excellent experience for both staff and patients. Facilitate communication between staff, patients, and administration. Operations Oversee front desk operations and patient relations. Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting and financial management. Improve operational workflows (communications, scheduling, billing, record-keeping). Team Building Build an effective admin and clinical team. Collaborate with leadership on performance metrics and improvement strategies. Resolve patient challenges while maintaining a therapeutic environment. Your Qualifications Experience & Education Minimum 5 years in a leadership role. Minimum 3 years in practice management or a similar role (e.g., sales in healthcare, chiropractic, dental, spa, fitness). Healthcare experience/education is a plus, but transferable skills are welcome. Your Nature Curious: Stay informed about trends and patient outcomes.
