The role involves architecting a strategy from first principles, guiding ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) individuals, families, and family offices to integrate catalytic capital into their broader climate and impact portfolios.Key Responsibilities:- Design, launch, and lead an impact-first investing practice focused on catalytic climate capital- Guide UHNW clients and family offices on integrating catalytic investments alongside their broader portfolios- Build and manage a dedicated four-person impact-first investing pod, including direct reports and embedded diligence specialists- Collaborate with the global climate strategies team on diligence for philanthropic and investment projects- Develop governance frameworks and investment criteria for catalytic climate investing- Serve as a thought leader within the climate impact investing space, representing the organization to clients and the broader ecosystemThe ideal candidate will bring significant experience in impact investing, catalytic capital, or climate finance, with a demonstrated track record of working with UHNW or family office clients.
