About this Role Our client seeks an innovative Executive Leader to spearhead and establish a novel capability dedicated to impact-first and catalytic climate investing. This role offers a unique entrepreneurial mandate within a deeply secure, resource-rich environment. You will craft strategy from first principles, adeptly guiding UHNW individuals, families, and family offices to seamlessly embed catalytic capital into their broader climate and impact portfolios. As the practice lead, you will manage a dynamic, specialized team to scale the practice and examine its effectiveness. The role also involves translating complex climate deal structures into high-impact strategies, leveraging a growing advisory group of industry experts to advance the practice continuously. Responsibilities Design, launch, and lead the impact-first investing advisory practice, defining metrics, frameworks, and strategy. Translate complex climate deal structures into actionable strategies deploying institutional-scale capital. Leverage an advisory group of experts and co-investors to continuously elevate the practice. Educate the public on the benefits of impact-first investing for climate work. Serve as a trusted guide for UHNW clients and family office CIOs. Advise families on tailoring market-based solutions to align with specific missions. Integrate impact investing offerings across the organization’s core brand. Requirements Deep credibility from the private investment sector, particularly in impact-first or catalytic capital. Ability to translate complex financial mechanisms into straightforward advisory counsel. Expertise in the climate investment landscape. Extensive executive experience with UHNW individuals and family offices. Proven history of designing, launching, and scaling new advisory, investment, or philanthropic capabilities.
