Associate Manager, Data Analytics (Remote)

Associate Manager, Data Analytics role at Stryker's Endoscopy division leading analytics teams and delivering reporting, dashboards, and AI-enabled solutions. Position is remote with preference for Mountain or Central Time Zone candidates. Requires six years of analytics experience and one year of people leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead analytics project portfolio management including priorities, timelines, dependencies, and execution
Design and deliver reports, dashboards, automation, and AI-enabled analytics solutions
Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives and shape solutions meeting business needs
Coach and develop team members through onboarding, performance management, and career growth
Identify and deploy automation and modern tools to improve analytics efficiency and self-service capabilities

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 6 years data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or related field experience
Minimum 1 year people, team, or project leadership experience
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
Proficiency developing and troubleshooting data models with relationships and measures
Demonstrated ability influencing stakeholders and managing competing priorities
Experience delivering complete analytics solutions from requirements through implementation

Compensation: $118,000 - $256,000 USD Annual (based on pay band)
