We are currently hiring dependable individuals for Production and Quality positions with a local manufacturing operation. These are great opportunities for candidates looking to start a career in manufacturing, gain hands-on experience, or find a stable position with competitive pay.

Pay: $17.00–$21.00 per hour
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, Day & Night | 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts
Entry-Level Opportunities | No Experience Required | Immediate Starts Available

What You’ll Do:

• Perform general production and manufacturing duties.
• Assemble, inspect, package, and prepare products according to specifications.
• Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate production equipment after training.
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• No previous manufacturing experience required — training is provided.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely.
• Strong attention to detail, especially for quality-focused positions.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks as required.
• Willingness to work the assigned 8-hour or 12-hour shift.
