The administrative coordinator is responsible for assisting the Office manager in developing and maintaining customer relationships, leading phone-based sales efforts, and managing aspects of field operations. Full time AND part time opportunitiesResponsibilities:Assist the office manager in any necessary aspectsProactively engage existing customer base via outbound callsProvide excellent customer service to existing and new customersAssist managing customer work orders, invoicing and billing via business management softwareAssist managing technicians, service schedules, and vehicle routingAssist in answering customer inbound callsCreating route based schedulesSell initial and recurring service to residential pool owners via inbound callsRequirements:A sales-focused individual with experienceExcellent customer service and communication skillsComputer savvy with strong software user skillsPositive can-do attitudeHighly organized with strong attention to detailService situational judgementFast learnerAbility to manage multiple items at onceAbility to work closely with the office manager and contribute to the environmentAdditional details:Full-time AND part-time positions available, Monday-FridaySome weekend work and additional hours required during busy times of year (spring and fall) Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hourPool Scouts is a professional take on the pool service industry, setting the new standard for excellent customer service.
