Looking for a hands-on maintenance role with long-term potential? BG Staffing is hiring an Apartment Maintenance Technician for a well-established apartment community in Granbury, TX . If you have experience with apartment maintenance, make-readies, work orders, and general repairs, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing:

✔ Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner

✔ Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues

✔ Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, and general maintenance repairs

✔ Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns

✔ Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

✔ Deliver outstanding customer service to residents

✔ Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

What We're Looking For:

✅ Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

✅ Strong troubleshooting and repair skills

✅ Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, and carpentry

✅ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

✅ Reliable transportation and excellent attendance

✅ Strong communication and customer service skills

✅ Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
