Essential Functions: Perform duties as assigned in care of building. Perform duties as assigned in care of the site. Perform duties as assigned for activities in or out of the building. Move materials and equipment as directed. Security watch. Meet daily with members of custodial staff assigned to the building. Prioritize the work and work flow of the building, subject to the direction of the Director of Buildings and Grounds or the Building Principal. Monitor and process work orders in the Preventative Work Order system. Responsible for verifying all work completed by outside contractors by work order sign off. Check all equipment used for heating, ventilating and/or cooling of the building for proper operation. Education, Credentials and/or Experience: High School Diploma Physical Demands/Work Environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception. The work environment characteristics are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
