We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead restaurant operations in an upscale dining environment. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a proven ability to deliver excellent guest experiences while driving profitability.

Responsibilities
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and service standards.
• Lead, train, and develop front and back of house teams.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
• Manage labor costs, budgets, inventory, and overall profitability.
• Monitor restaurant performance and financial results.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Recruit, coach, and retain top talent.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve operations and business performance.

Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, P&Ls, and cost controls.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills.
• Strong understanding of guest service and hospitality standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced restaurant environment.

Compensation and Benefits
• $120,000 to $130,000 annual salary, based on experience.
