To support HR operations, the full-time remote Shared Service Front Office Specialist will manage complex inquiries and escalations across various global service lines, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities Managing and resolving complex, end-to-end HR cases while prioritizing workload based on urgency and impact Analyzing data for decision-making and conducting root cause analysis to implement corrective actions Coordinating cross-functional activities for projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of milestones Required qualifications 3-6+ years in HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR systems support Proven experience managing complex HR cases and cross-functional escalations Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) Working knowledge of HR systems and independent problem-solving capabilities Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future
