Payer Credentialing Specialist

To support a growing operations team, the full-time Payer Credentialing Specialist will manage end-to-end credentialing processes for providers, coordinate payer enrollment applications, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage credentialing and recredentialing processes for new and existing providers, including verification of qualifications Coordinate payer enrollment applications and updates to ensure timely processing and provider participation Maintain accurate credentialing files and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve credentialing-related issues Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience in provider credentialing and payer enrollment, preferably in a healthcare organization Strong ownership mindset with a self-directed approach to work High level of accuracy and attention to detail in tracking applications and documentation Reliable follow-through on commitments and proactive communication regarding timelines Excellent time management skills to handle multiple credentialing tasks simultaneously
