Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating residents, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishment meals throughout scheduled shifts Help residents with personal hygiene Observe and report any health issues to the supervising nurse Document resident food and fluid intake Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements Make resident's beds and keep their living areas clean and tidy Transport residents within the facility Assist nurses and other staff as needed Adhere to professional standards and follow all facility policies and procedures Maintain the confidentiality of all residents and facility data Required Qualifications Active STNA Credential Basic understanding of medical terminology and anatomy Ability to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies Rate: $20-22/hour Shift Differentials Second Shift: 0.50/hour Third Shift: 0.50/hour Weekend Shift: $1.50/hour Perfect Attendance: $1.00/hour Benefits and Perks Competitive pay and benefits package Health, Dental, and Vision Benefits Life Insurance Policy Disability Insurance Perks and Rewards Card Perfect Attendance Bonus Employee Engagement Program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Same Day Pay available Employee Referral Bonus Program Recruiting Process After review, you will be contacted by a talent acquisition specialist for a quick 10-minute virtual meet and greet, followed by a scheduled in-person interview.
