Job Description The position involves providing comprehensive obstetric care for women throughout the continuum of pregnancy, labor, and the postpartum period. Responsibilities Delivering outpatient care to OB/GYN patients, addressing both preventive and acute/chronic medical conditions. Conducting thorough assessments, diagnosing conditions, and formulating treatment plans. Offering patient education and counseling on various health issues. Performing necessary diagnostic procedures and tests relevant to obstetric care. Schedule The weekly schedule includes two 8‑hour clinic days and one 24‑hour call day supported by OB Hospitalists, with a weekend call rotation of 1:4 (Friday/Saturday). Qualifications Current licensure and certification through the American Midwifery Certification Board. Experience in perinatal education, diabetes management, and addressing substance use issues. Ohio licensure required (or willingness to obtain). A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM). Must maintain a clean malpractice and licensure record. Certification Requirements Board Certification is mandatory. State Licensure Requirements must be fulfilled in Ohio. Minimum 2 years of CNM experience is essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
