We are looking for a dynamic candidate with public oriented project expertise in landscape architecture from concept design to construction administration to join our collaborative team. At Upland Design,
you will work with clients and team members to manage and prepare public projects through all stages. Bring your passion and creativity to life at Upland Design.
The ideal candidate(s) will meet the following requirements:
- 5-12 years’ experience in landscape architecture
- Registered/Licensed Landscape Architect
- Experience as a practicing landscape architect responsible for the delivery of diverse, complex projects
- Self-motivated with proven leadership skills and team management
- Detail oriented, thorough, and well-organized
- Proven record of maintaining client relationships
- Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy
- Outstanding oral communication and presentation skills
Compensation includes vacation, sick days, and paid holidays. In addition, health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, simple IRA plan (with company matching) and bonus system are included.
