What You’ll Actually Be Doing Owning pieces of the financial statements and general ledger Driving month-end close (and making it smoother each month) Keeping everything GAAP-clean and audit-ready Managing reconciliations, cash flow analysis, and reporting Finding smarter, faster ways to improve processes Supporting leadership with forecasting and financial planning Making sure the day-to-day accounting engine runs the way it should You won’t just be “processing.” You’ll be improving. What Makes You a Fit Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or something closely related Solid understanding of GAAP and compliance basics Experience with accounting systems Solid Excel skills (you know your way around the essentials) Detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture Comfortable juggling multiple priorities Clear communicator who works well with others Bonus points if you enjoy bringing order to chaos.
