Service Billing & Accounts Payable Coordinator

Service Billing & Accounts Payable Coordinator
Location: Fort Worth, TX (100% Onsite)
Pay: $22.00$23.00/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary (30+ days leave coverage) with potential to extend or become Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service & Inquiries: Answer inbound calls and emails promptly, address customer questions, and delegate sales/service leads.
- Dispatching & Work Orders: Schedule and dispatch field service technicians; create and maintain accurate service orders in the system.
- Parts Coordination: Order parts for service jobs and physically verify received shipments in the warehouse as needed.
- Billing & AP: Accurately invoice completed service work, process customer credit card payments, and post vendor invoices for Accounts Payable.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic experience or familiarity interfacing with Accounts Payable (AP) and invoicing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- 13 years of experience in dispatching, service coordination, or administrative support within field services or skilled trades (e.g., dock/door, HVAC, electrical, or mechanical).
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $22.00 - $23.00
