Job Overview Marketech International Corporation USA (MICU) is seeking a Smartsheet Developer to design, build, and maintain Smartsheet solutions that improve business processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Smartsheet solutions and integrations. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain Smartsheet sheets, dashboards, reports, forms, and workflows Develop automations, approvals, alerts, and process improvements Integrate Smartsheet with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 Develop API-based solutions using Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions Manage permissions, workspaces, and platform governance Troubleshoot formulas, automations, integrations, and performance issues Create documentation and support end-user training Support Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, and Bridge where applicable Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 3–6 years of hands‑on Smartsheet development or administration experience Strong knowledge of Smartsheet sheets, reports, dashboards, forms, workspaces, and automations Experience with Smartsheet API and scripting Experience integrating Smartsheet with third‑party applications Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder communication skills Understanding of project management and business process automation Preferred Qualifications Experience with Smartsheet Control Center, Dynamic View, or Bridge Smartsheet certification Familiarity with SQL and relational databases Experience with PMO, business analysis, or systems administration Equal Employment Opportunity All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, religious creed, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military and veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, gender, gender expression, gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable local, state, or federal law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Marketech International
