Job Duties – Primary responsibilities for Warehouse Quality Control Clerk jobs include:
- Assisting the shift quality team by creating, reviewing, and releasing production batch records.
- Conducting standardized qualitative testing to verify product compliance with manufacturing specifications.
- Identifying and isolating defective or non-compliant inventory to ensure it does not ship.
- Utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS and SAP) to direct product control and tracking.
- Supporting specialized quality workflows, including deviations, CAPA logs, and mock recalls.
- Communicating quality auditing data clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Qualifications – Candidates should meet the requirements below for consideration for these positions:
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control (FDA-regulated industries preferred).
- Comfortable reading, completing, and auditing highly detailed regulatory documentation.
- Solid knowledge of cGMP standards and workplace safety protocols.
- Ability to stand for the entire shift and move confidently throughout the warehouse floor.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to follow both verbal and written technical instructions accurately.
